Delete your data

You can ask us to delete the information MaseWeb, Smarteer, MaseOne and Mase Games hold about you. This page explains what that covers and how to ask.

What we can delete

Your WhatsApp number, your name, WhatsApp messages you exchanged with us, details you sent in an enquiry or sign-up form, and your website and account data.

How to ask

Email [email protected] with the subject "Data deletion request". Send it from the email address you want deleted, or tell us the phone number you want deleted.

Or message us on WhatsApp at 99404 36389 from the number you want deleted, saying "Data deletion request".

If you ask from a different email or number, we may ask you to confirm it's really you before we delete anything.

What happens next

We confirm your request within 7 days and delete your data within 30 days. We tell you when it's done.

We keep only what the law requires us to keep, such as GST invoices and payment records. We don't use those for anything else.

Businesses using MaseOne with WhatsApp

If your business connected its WhatsApp number to MaseOne, you can disconnect it at any time. Once it's disconnected, we stop receiving and processing messages for that number. To have its stored messages and contacts deleted too, ask us as above.

Mase Games apps

Our games, such as Traffic Master and Chai Master, keep your progress on your phone. Uninstalling the game or clearing its data deletes it. If you sent us feedback from inside a game, or want Google Play purchase records or Meta ad measurement data linked to your device removed from our side, ask us as above and name the game.
