Traffic Master privacy policy
Last updated 12 October 2026 (Meta ad measurement added)
This policy covers Traffic Master: City Junction, an Android game made by Mase Games, a Smarteer brand from Tamil Nadu, India. The game is for players aged 13 and over and is not made for children.
Your game progress
You do not need an account. Your progress, coins, stars, settings and purchases are saved only on your phone. If Android backup is on, Android may copy this game data to your own Google account so it comes back after a reinstall. We cannot see it.
Analytics
To make the game better, for example to find levels that are too hard, the game uses Google Firebase Analytics. It records how the game is played: levels started, finished or failed and why, stars and coins earned, items bought with coins, coin packs bought, videos watched and which screens are opened. Along with this, Firebase collects a random app ID (not your name or email), your device model and Android version, and your rough location (country or region) based on your IP address. We see this only as totals and trends, not as information about you personally. Firebase processes it for us under Google's terms: firebase.google.com/support/privacy.
If the game crashes or hits an error, Google Firebase Crashlytics sends us a crash report: what went wrong in the game's code, the level being played, your device model, Android version and the random app ID. It helps us fix bugs and contains nothing that identifies you.
In the UK, the EU and the EEA, analytics storage follows the same choice you make in Google's consent form for ads.
Feedback and voice notes
If you choose to send feedback from Settings > Feedback, we receive what you enter: a star rating, a topic, your message and, only if you add it, your email address so we can reply. You can also record a voice note of up to one minute. The game asks for microphone permission only when you tap Record, and uses the microphone only while you are recording. With each message the game adds the level you were on, the app version and your device model and Android version, so we can find the problem.
Feedback is sent to our own system at Smarteer (maseoneapi.smarteer.in) and stored there privately; voice notes are kept as files that only our team can play. We use feedback only to improve the game and to reply to you, never for ads, and we do not share it. We keep it for up to two years, or delete it sooner if you ask.
Ads
The game shows a video ad only when you choose to watch one for a reward, such as free coins or another try. These ads come from Google AdMob. To show and measure ads and to prevent fraud, AdMob may collect your device's advertising ID, IP address, a rough location based on that IP address, and how you interact with ads. Where the law allows, ads may be personalised.
In the UK, the EU and the EEA, Google asks for your consent first, and you can change your choice at any time in the game under Settings > Privacy choices. Anywhere, you can reset or delete your advertising ID in your phone's settings under Google > Ads. Read how Google uses this information at policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites.
Measuring our own ads (Meta)
We advertise Traffic Master on Facebook and Instagram. To learn which of those ads lead to installs, the game includes Meta's app events SDK (no Facebook login). It tells Meta when the game is installed and opened and when a coin pack is bought, together with your device's advertising ID, device model, Android version and IP address. Meta uses this to measure our ads and to show them to people who are likely to enjoy the game. It does not receive your progress, feedback or anything you type. Meta's privacy policy is at facebook.com/privacy/policy. You can limit this by resetting or deleting your advertising ID in your phone's settings under Google > Ads, and in the ad settings of your Facebook or Instagram account.
Purchases
Coin packs are bought through Google Play. Google handles the payment, so we never see your card, UPI or bank details. The game only receives Google's confirmation of what was bought, so it can add your coins. Google's privacy policy is at policies.google.com/privacy.
Sharing and selling
We do not sell your information. The only other parties involved are Google (Firebase Analytics, AdMob for ads and Google Play for purchases) and Meta (measuring our ads), as described above. Feedback you send stays with us.
Children
Traffic Master is not directed at children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has used the game in a way that shared their information with an ad partner, contact us and we will help.
Deleting your data
Uninstalling the game removes its data from your phone. To remove the backup copy, delete it from your Google account's backups. For advertising data, reset or delete your advertising ID as described above. Analytics data is kept by Firebase for up to 14 months and then deleted automatically; to ask for it to be deleted sooner, contact us. To delete feedback or a voice note you sent, contact us with roughly when you sent it.
Changes
If the game starts collecting anything new, we will update this page before that version is released and change the date at the top.
